I want to share my experience at your hotel because I was extremely disappointed with the service. During breakfast, I needed help using the coffee machine. I asked the staff member at the restaurant entrance, a Black man, but he was unresponsive and visibly impatient, even rolling his eyes 🙄. He eventually slowly showed me how to use it, saying “just do it like this,” and walked away. Later, I went to the restroom for less than 10 minutes. When I returned, I found my whole dessert tray which I did not eat and coffee had been cleared, even though I hadn’t finished eating. The same staff member said he thought maybe I left because I had been gone for 20 minutes. This was frustrating because he was standing near the restaurant entrance, if I really left he would notice it and there was no rush to clear my table. He did not apologize. A female staff member offered to get me more food, but I declined. At the front desk, I noticed a check-in discount and asked if it could be applied to my previous payment. The staff agreed, but when I asked when the refund would arrive, he looked visibly impatient. As an Asian woman traveling alone, I felt unwelcome and that the staff’s behavior, particularly during breakfast, was rude and dismissive. My English is not fluent, and I was trying my best to communicate, but the service made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied and will not stay at this hotel again.

設施有問題，設備不完善、位置偏遠，交通不便，位置不是近機埸、和不近市中心，設施有點舊、 服務態度不是太好。

Hallway smells bad and is very creepy. I requested room near lift clearly but when I got my card for room, it was exactly opposite. 4 star hotel but doesn’t have bathrobe. I called the reception to send cutleries in my room but they told me to come down and pick up myself. If it was 2 star hotel, all good but with the price they charge us for room, service is below par average. Only good thing from this hotel is swimming pool.

The location was excellent and parking was reasonably priced. The 24/7 check-in was very convenient, which made arrival easy. On the downside, the whole hotel had a strong smell of smoke, even in the lift, which was unpleasant. I also asked for face tissues to be sent up through room service, but they never arrived. Overall, while the location and convenience were good, the smoking smell and lack of follow-through on service left the stay disappointing.

房間挺大的，尤其是廁所，我定的房型廁所非常大，總體不錯

非常老舊，電梯聲很嚇人。入住被收了兩次錢。不會再光顧。不值這個錢

As one would expect, great staff and service, easy access - and laid back and an inviting/friendly atmosphere compared to a few others I have visited. Been twice now after getting a great room rate and well worth the stay with some great views (room location dependant). Great choice of both casual inexpensive meals at the Boardwalk Bistro and the more upper class eateries. Great amenities in one location.

I was located to room 201 which is right next to the lift . It was a very noisey room, every min or 2 mins can hear the lift sound . While I was making the booking I wrote in the booking comment to not locate me next to the lift . Any when when I checked out and kindly advise to the check out staff that the room was very noisy . The staff just said everything had been paid for . Not happy at all with my staying . Not even a free coffee was offered at the bar for a comfort drink .
